Going to Hector for my dentures was such a great experience. He is so nice and worked very hard to make sure my denture was comfortably. I have a bump in the roof of my mouth causing my plate to rub . Hector is so helpful and wants to make sure I was happy with them. He works tirelessly to make sure I was happy and that the denture fits perfectly. I would return to him any time I need work done and would recommend that anyone that needs denture work to see him. An official complaint has been filed with the College of Alberta Denturists for the lack of professionalism, & unethical practices of this company. New patients please beware as the office manger clearly does not have the empathy, or capacity to conduct herself in a professional setting that requires such a deep level of trust from the patients in need. If you have an extra $6000+ to dispose of while being left without quality services, this may be the company for you.
