The entire staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, making each appointment a comfortable experience. Dr. Nelson’s professionalism and kindness are truly unmatched. Me and my husband and I switched dental offices and are very happy with Dr. Nelson. I know I am very satisfied with my switch and location. When I got my cavtites filled, he knew how to freeze, and I was very impressed with my new night guard. I know my husband is very happy with the knowledge and care of this dentist office as well. These guys are a great team, very friendly front end and very friendly staff that know what they are doing. Thank you all for making our dentist appointments more comfortable.

5 stars every time!!! Amazing experience every time we go in here. The front desk (especially Leandra) is always extremely friendly, laughing, and always willing to go out of their way. Shout out to all the dental assistance, especially Jessica who was a huge help last time when my 7 year old needed her mouth frozen and calmed her right down, aswell as Dr.Nelson are always on time and always professional. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. Thank you for all the great work you have done and will do for my family.
The staff in this office are top tier 👌🏼 everyone was kind, professional, and understanding I felt a certain level of comfort here that I haven't experienced at other clinics in lethbridge I will definitely be coming back for any future dental work. Thanks again 😊
