I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and the team at Absolute Dental! Every time I visit, I’m greeted by name and welcomed with friendly smiles. The entire staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, making each appointment a comfortable experience. Dr. Nelson’s professionalism and kindness are truly unmatched. I highly recommend Absolute Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who cares about their patients and goes above and beyond. Thank you for always providing such excellent care!

EDIT: Dentist, Dr. Nelson got in contact with us and told us to not worry about it anymore. They didn't have to do that so that's top notch of them. Waited an entire year to tell me that I owed them a substantial amount of money, lied saying they left a message every month when I never even received a phone call. And now they ask for money right as holiday season comes around, the most money tight and stressful time of year. Absolute trash

Me and my husband and I switched dental offices and are very happy with Dr. Nelson. I know I am very satisfied with my switch and location. When I got my cavtites filled, he knew how to freeze, and I was very impressed with my new night guard. I know my husband is very happy with the knowledge and care of this dentist office as well. These guys are a great team, very friendly front end and very friendly staff that know what they are doing. Thank you all for making our dentist appointments more comfortable.

I & my daughter new to lethbridge and searching best dental clinic we found very good one very friendly staff and caring to their clients you feel comfortable everytime you go for appointment at absolute dental clinic our hygienist is the best. ❤️❤️❤️
