I find the staff in the front and the back dental office to be friendly, helpful and professional. I am not afraid to ask questions about my care and the Abougoush staff have never been definsive in answering my questions. They answer questions clearly so I can understand and they don't leave things out. I consider their work results, wheather it is cleaning or dental work to be done the same way.
Dr Joel Abougoush and his team are incredible! I can’t believe how painless, efficient and easy my two cavities were filled this morning without any form of numbing agent. Literally took 17 minutes. Dr Joel is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always has my best interest in mind. He’s done cosmetic tooth work on me before, and has changed my smile for the better, and I’m so thankful I was referred to his team over 10 years ago. Thank you once again
Excellent experience! Welcoming receptiontist, knowledgeable hygienist (who happens to be a great conversationalist) all contributing to a painfree and almost 'enjoyable' cleaning. Highly recommend!
The doctor and doctor assistant there are amazing. they still work it with my teeth, they are very careful and take good care of it But unfortunately one of the old lady (short hair) at the front desk there is very emotional, bad temper and grumpy, this is the second time to me, she canceled appointment unilaterally and she without asking and checking properly to the doctor, gave wrong information eventually I asked her 3 times. With a temperament like that, it is not very suitable to interact directly with customers or work in this field especially need more details and patience for each customer. I hope the management in this place can pay serious attention to this or a lot people will disappointed because of her. So far until now, I’m very pleased, satisfied and very happy with people, and service in there.. They’re amazing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
