I got my wisdom teeth extracted here last Friday. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth extracted, but the process was very quick and painless! Dr. Shiraz and his staff were very kind, and my family will definitely be coming back. ❤️❤️❤️
The first visit was amazing, they did a check up and some fillings, everyone was accommodating. They have lovely ladies at reception. But I can’t say the same about the actual dentist, he basically scared me into continuing my wisdom tooth extraction because I’m terrified of needles. The pain from the freezing hurt to the point I was shaking in the chair and they needed to get some juice for me, after that I was told it was either this or intravenous medication to make me sleep, saying it would be more painful. Not once was I talked to about gasses or anything despite them having it there (I saw the tanks) I was never given the option for laughing gas to help with anxiety. It was either needles or more needles. I also medically needed someone with me for the procedure because of my high anxiety, and they sent my support out so that I was stuck alone getting the tooth removed. Despite being told we could and there wouldn’t be a problem. I’m not happy at all with the way the dentist went about treating me and my wisdom tooth. It was a horrible experience.
I was a bit uneasy about getting fillings done having never had to have them done before. From the minute I walked in for my appointment to the time I was done, Dr. Syed made me feel at ease and there was no pain from any of the freezing or the work done. I'm very impressed. Thank you to the team for making me feel at ease through this procedure and explaining every step clearly along the way.
So personable! Everyone so kind and caring:) Three children all at once can be overwhelming, for some places, the whole staff just know how to manage. Through needles, fillings and extractions the kids keep coming through amazingly and never scared to return! Thanks everyone! 🙂💗
Nice atmosphere, front desk girls are friendly and helpful. The dental work was thorough, very relaxing. Almost had a nap while the dentist was doing the fillings. Been a client since they opened and will keep coming here.
