Went in today for a tooth extraction at 1pm & was outta there by 1:45! Dr.Snow was very patient & polite to me :) he also did a very good job at making sure I was numb all the way through & stopped if there was any pain as soon as I said something. I can’t fully recall who the lady was that helped him take care of me but she was also very polite & patient with me. Thank you both so much for your services! I will definitely recommend you to my friends & family.
I switched to Dr. Still 15ish years ago, and have never been disappointed. His dental hygienists are the most gentle ever, as is he. He is always kind and understanding. No one has ever made me feel shame when I had a large gap between appointments after having kids. I've never gone home in any unnecessary pain, sore gums, or any problems. When my son (with sensory issues) was not cooperating, the hygienist was patient, calm, and provided me with very helpful advice. (I also love that one of the billing ladies has been there the entire time I've been a patient, which is almost 20 years. Seeing that familiar face really ensures that it must be a great environment to work in!)
This is hands down the best Dentist Office I’ve ever been to! The staff are amazing, friendly, and like a family. I’m with Dr. Anderson majority of the time but I’ve seen Dr. Still and Dr. Snow both a couple times. They are patient and always willing to answer any and all questions and concerns I have ranging from basic checkups, to Fillings, and my first ever Root Canal. Very patient with me when I was terrified of the process and even took the time to tell me the truth about the process and the risks and side effects of them, so I am 100% aware and consent to the procedure! I recommend this place to everyone!
I cannot speak highly enough about Able Family Dental! Dr. Mark Still is my dentist and he is amazing. He is friendly, professional and does fantastic work that always seems literally painless. Last week, one of my front incisors fell out leaving only a small root in an otherwise, gaping hole. It was late and I called the after hours line in a panic and was asked to leave a message. I received a call back within 10 minutes from Dr. Snow, who was on call that night. He listened patiently to me and understood how I felt panicked about having a missing front tooth just 3 days away from having to appear live on a podcast. He told me to call the next morning right at the office opening time and Dr. still arranged to see me immediately. Literally 3 hours later, I walked out of his office with a temporary filling to get me through the podcast - he really seemed to understand the urgency of my situation. I was given an immediate referral to a denturist and less than a a week later, my tooth was ready. I went back to see Dr. Still today and he froze my upper gum and pulled the remaining tooth out, (painlessly!) and fit the partial in, asking if I had any questions or concerns. My appointment was for 1pm and at 1:35, I walked out, all fixed up. His assistant is lovely as well. When I got home, I did have a question for him. I called the office and Dr. Still returned my call within minutes and listened to my question patiently and gave me the information I had requested. Lauren is the dental hygenist who cleans my teeth and she is equally as friendly, professional and happy to listen to any concerns. Reception ladies are always upbeat and friendly as well. Excellent dental care and service like this is hard to find these days and I will be a patient there for life! Highly reccomend Able Family Dental!!
