I had been searching for a new dentist for a while then a broken tooth brought me to Cool Dental, the front end staff are kind and friendly. Emily the hygienist was amazing, she explained everything and was very kind, Dr. Lachman promptly diagnosed the problem and had it all fixed the same day, I really respect him because he listened to me and my concerns and respected my choices, thank you again for that, I was so impressed I have booked another appt. Thank you to all the staff for your making my first experience amazing 🖤
The front staff is excellent and very friendly. But the hygienist Jay is very rude and needs better bedside manners,this guy doesn't have an ounce of sympathy in his body. He treated my wife sent her anxiety through the roof to the point she was crying, she went in to get her front teeth fixed and they took x-rays of all other teeth instead of what she went in for. She left there not getting anything fixed and racking up our insurance bill. So two weeks later we got a letter from the dentist that she didn't even see, basically kicking her out of the office and sent her records to another dentist office without her approval. Today we went to another dentist and had her front teeth fixed in 45 min without no freezing and no Anxiety attacks, couldn't get that from Cool Dental!!! I would suggest no one going to this place, unless you want problems and over prices.
Got me in super quick (more than once) and are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Great, relaxing atmosphere. They offer many options and take time to understand your goals and needs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, overall procedure was fine, then the bill came, cool dental gouged me on a simple extraction and exhausted my full year of benefits in one visit, and charged me more on top of that. I had so much more work done in my last dentist in Calgary and Cool Dental gouges the regular going rates, I will never be back, a bad word travels further than a good one so maybe get within the normal range of pricing. Not pleased at all with you guys so here is your one star review.
