I Highly Recommend House Dental Centre. I brought my uncle to the center on recommendation, and I was not disappointed. The care, and consideration that was shown him went beyond any where we went before. My Uncle went to have both top and bottom teeth removed as well as permanent dentures installed. He has told me that he has had no pain from the procedure. The staff even stayed late to make sure that he was completed taken care of, even helped me get him to the truck. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
I cannot say enough good things about all the staff at House Dental!! From the very first moment you walk in the front door you feel very welcomed. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about Catalina, she is absolutely wonderful. So helpful to my specific needs she goes wayyy above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with at a dental office. From helping me find financial solutions specific to my needs to being very flexible on other options she has been an absolute angel in my eyes!!! Dr. Chao is so friendly and knowledgeable and is absolutely great at his craft i cannot recommend House Dental enough. Absolutely the best clinic I've ever been to!!!!!
Was in for a cleaning last week and had to come in again today for pre-surgery checkup - both experiences were very good. From the front desk staff, hygienist, dentist all gave excellent service. I've been coming for 5 yrs, from before with Dr. House. We very nearly changed dentists during the change over from Dr House to Dr Chao due to the very high turnover in staff but ultimately stayed. Glad we did.
I am so grateful they took me in for an emergency on a holiday. They told me they also have a 24 hour call line!! I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist but Dr Chao reassured me and comforted me. I also had my cleaning done here awhile ago and they have the most advanced technology. They call it an air polish machine. I highly recommend this place to everyone!! The reception is also very clean and welcoming. I feel at ease coming here knowing I will be taken care of. Thank you Dr Chao!
