I was charged $810 for cleaning and x-ray photos. I am okay with it. However, when I first called to book the appointment, I explicitly asked do you do direct billing. Because, both my husband and I are covered for dental. My husband had to pay nothing at a different dental clinic. The lady said explicitly yes we do. You just have to give us the insurance information. However, what they did is just charge me up front then submit the claim for me which is not direct billing. However, overall, Dr. Gordon was kind and the hygienist as well. And the cleaning session went well. I was just so upset with the receptionist giving me misleading information and arguing with me over what "direct billing" means in dentistry. I looked up the term in Google in case I am wrong and showed the definition to her, and she was still saying no that's not what direct billing means for us, I am sorry you feel that I give you false information. No lady, it's not a feeling you gave me misleading information. I have the right as a client to know exactly what I should expect so I make an informed decision. I had to cancel my next appointment, because I can't Trust them anymore.

I could not recommend this clinic enough. During my consultation Dr. Chee was very honest and told me he would do veneers if it was what I truly wanted but that he suggested that I go the orthodontic route instead. Not many people would willingly steer a clinic away just for the clients pure benefit. I am so grateful since I have now gone the Invisalign route. If I ever wanted to revisit veneers it would be no question that I would go to Dr.Chee! All of his staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well!
