Immediate care, thorough attention, and a referral to a specialist to actually address the problem. This wasn’t just a quick check-up; he made sure I was on the right track to recovery. That level of diligence? Rare. Massive thanks to Dr. Yoo and the whole Roots on Whyte team. Hoping next time it’s just for a routine cleaning. 😅

I went here for a consult on getting my mercury removed from my teeth. I have always not enjoyed going to the dentist, usually I go home and my mouth hurts for a day. Yesterday my experience at this new place was more than exceptional. I usually go in and the one person takes all the X-rays and does what they have to do and then the dentist comes in for maybe 3 minutes. I spent over an hour with the dentist himself and he showed me things that have never been pointed out to me and he is going to fix things up that will be better for my long term health. The dentist I was going to previously never showed me any of this, the new dentist had a mini camera and could show me exactly what he was taking about. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Yoo and his professional team!! Very impressed.
I went in to get my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant was fully satisfactory. My teeth were cleaned in the old-fashioned way of scrape and poke, though I have had it done differently at this same dental office. The biggest drawback to this dental office is its limited hours, which are M-F only, and during my own work hours.
